11:00am - 12:30pm on Sunday, Aug 13th at Temple of Earth Apothecary - 536 Grand Avenue in Oakland, CA.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket or 2, and anything else to help you get very cozy and relax (as we will be laying on the floor for the majority of this practice).
