Soul Contracts: The Key to Self Mastery

We all enter this lifetime with unique agreements to meet, fulfill, and at times, to break. “Soul Contracts” are multi-faceted ~ in this workshop, we will study the contracts that govern our relationship to self and others. This group exploration is designed to help us to know our selves as souls, personality and purpose, as well as to learn about cutting cords from various entanglements. Omi will guide us to collectively uncover and decode the deep mysteries of our soul contracts.

About Omi

Omi Ruth is an Oakland-based Black Indigenous queer two spirit soul-centered astrologer and tarot reader, in practice for 22 years. Omi supports growth and expansion with radical transparency to catalyze fulfillment in all areas of life.♡

and...

if you’re not able to make this conversation, or if you’d also like to work more personally with Omi, they are available for walk-in tarot and astrology readings from 1-5pm on Thursdays and Saturdays at Temple. To learn more about Omi’s offerings, you can check out their website.

ACCESSIBILITY—

We are a Black queer mother, family and community run medicine project. It is always fundamental and imperative to Temple of Earth Apothecary that community healing experiences are accessible to those who need them regardless of financial access. We find it entirely integral that Black/Indigenous people of color get to share medicine in this space, and so we offer 'Pay What You Can' tickets to our Black/Indigenous relatives, at times naming specific sub-groups (see above). We are much owed by way of wealth stolen from us and our ancestors. We view the return of our lands, wealth, health and ways as a matter of justice and one of inevitability, as we intend to help facilitate it. Those who are called to return our money back to us can use the ‘Pay It Forward’ option to tithe in and support the space, our practitioners, facilitators and shop keepers.⛲️

For reciprocity and sustainability we will often ask for a minimum donation. If our minimum ask is not currently within reach, we understand ~ please write to us at info@templeofearthapothecary.

You Are What You Speak: Divine Speech, Songs & Sound for Spell Breaking Workshop

A Temple Freedom School workshop, presented by Shaun Isaac Warren~ Chief Spell Breaker, Mindset & Manifestation Coach, Sound Healing Artist

about this class

Whether you believe it or not, words are spells… otherwise known as incantations, or a series of words used to conjure something. Within every word is an energetic interior or profound etymology that is intricately and precisely composed. When your mental composition is working in alignment with your soul's guidance, the words that shape your thought and speech shape your destiny accordingly. When your inner thought foundation is working against you, popular healing technologies, such as affirmations and visualizations, become counterintuitive and ineffective. Spell Breakers helps expose you to the dialogue of your subconscious. This divine speech workshop will offer guidance for you to harness the energy of words and the potency of the tongue to consciously and powerfully craft your world from the inside out. And so it is. 𓇼

This class will be held at Temple of Earth Apothecary.

about Shaun

Shaun Isaac Warren is an Indigenous entrepreneur, full-time father, healing artist, spiritual coach, and medicine person who is all about healing and liberating his community with earth-based medicines and other ancient technologies such as sound. Shaun is on a mission to break generational spells and curses by raising the vibrations of the words we use in order to manifest more freedom and liberation for ourselves and our future generations.♡

and...

if you’re not able to make this workshop, or if you’d also like to work more personally with Shaun, you can...

  • check out his website!

  • book a discovery call to learn more about his one-on-one offerings

  • tithe into this fund for his forthcoming journey to Africa

Aries Full Moon Ancestral Listening Circle with DEB 9/29

I’ve been observing Aries energy lately, in people I come across and in nature’s seasons, in the collective, in the elements, in myself… and I’ve been feeling welcomed to find a new appreciation for this precious archetype. As with any sign, and in particular ways with Aries, at times the ways this energy manifests via the personality and the ego may be triggering to some in today’s culture where egoic balance is preyed upon by capitalism. The more I am triggered and I sit with the experience, the more I see that the reflections that Aries catalyzes are precious and KEY for us to witness and FACE.

Under this Aries full moon I am feeling called to invite us, Indigenous self-healers, to sit with the colonizer within.

Due to the brutal nature of colonization, forced relocation, bondage and chattel slavery, many of us walk with the blood of colonizers in the mix. This can be very triggering to think and talk about. (I’m even curious as I write this caption, how does it feel for you to read this?)

But when we do, as the living ones, as the sovereign melanated freedom making healing spell breaking and spell making ones, we have and we ARE the power to open 🫀👁️🫀 and ripple healing grace from our divine hearts through to every single one of our ancestors. To see to it that it is the WISDOM on every one of our precious ancient bloodlines that is guiding in our lives. To “decolonize” from the heart.

This Listening Circle, after our usual meditation attuning to the heart, fortifying our fields, rooting into the earth and seeding our intentions, I will NOT guide us in any specific framework — I will simply hold the sonic space for us to meet and be met with the elevated ancestral wisdom that can help and bless us into healing the colonizer within.

Always, this space will be held with song, compassion and loving grace. Come if you are called! This space is uniquely for Black/Indigenous people. Cost is by donation $9-$99. Non-Indigenous people and anyone with beaucoup 💰 or a desire to return our money to us are welcome to tithe in via the “Pay It Forward” option in the Eventbrite. There are 9 seats for this event. Register via the link in bio. All Love!
