"As a Sexual Assault Survivor and Advocate, dance is one of many creative outlets that created space for me to reclaim my power after years of suppression. Over the years, movement has always been a healthy outlet in unpacking my trauma and allowing my spirit to liberate me. Due to this, I facilitate diverse improvisational workout classes that honor space for participants to reclaim their sacred power that creates and reactivates their sense of purpose, inner safety, and overall peace within their well-being."
